Saturday was 2 weeks on the diet. I have not lost anymore, (just the 15 lbs of the first week), but my clothes have gotten even more loose. I measured and I have lost another inch in my waist and in my hips. I have to keep reminding myself "muscle weighs more than fat!" I ramped up my workouts from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. I am an old lady (58 in March) but I am jazzed to see I am getting muscle definition in my arms and legs again!
Tomorrow is my 17th day. Tuesday I start alternating phase 1, Activate with phase 2, Accelerate. I hope it does just that....Accelerate my weight loss. My goal was 35 lbs by July 1st. I keep telling myself not to get disappointed. I still have over 6 months! And...I have already lost nearly half that!

That's amazing progress. Don't be too discouraged. Dr. Mike notes that by the end of week 2 the average is 10 lbs. You're way above average. I just completed week 1 and its great to follow those who are entering the next phase. Keep up the excellent work. You are an inspiration.
I have lost 7 pds in 7 days and didn't budge in wt for the last 3 days. I am very cranky about now because I feel deprived. I want to eat bread, not a lot just 1 piece would be great. I am going to keep plugging away. Today is my 10th day.
We all MUST not give up! I am getting older and do not want to go into my 6th decade FAT! I am determined and everyone doing this diet needs to stick to it with me!
