Just make sure that is what you really want. I don't know if it is envolved as a breast reduction. If it is you will have scarring. If they have to remove your nipple and place it again,  you will lose maybe some sensitivity (if you are lucky).     Not all are that lucky, you can lose it all. The doctor might say that you will lose some, but then you end up with none. If your breasts play a big role in your sex department, I would suggest that you really, really think about it.
