My fourteen years living in France with a brilliant french Doctor taught me  about health, nutrition and well being.

I rarely watch television but have recently become enthralled by The Doctors.    Finally!  Logical advice and common sense about the human being.  I truly admire the producers and the doctors for their approach to medicine ..so very much needed in the US.  

Too bad I can't find the same here  in Florida...doctors are too busy writing scripts and charging outrageous fees to pay for their 5 star offices/ clinics.

My sense of style?  Everything in my home is original (I will never forget the day my former husband and I were able to say that we no longer had "screw together furniture" or "posters" on the walls.  My things represent memories and have either history or true quality that will pass on to my grandchildren ...one day I hope!
Seems lately I am happiest planning menus, receiving my children and friends.  I love to prep everything and jump in the kitchen and create meals we rarely find in restaurants these days.  Am a bit burnt out on wine, most likely because I can't stomach the prices of wines that don't deserve it!  Prefer a glass of scotch instead.

That's about all for now...I want to get onto the website and post ideas and comments about others..not little ole me from Missouri!  

Oh!  What's the last thing I purchased for a friend?  Padron 1964 anniversary series box press cigar... "64 is a great year....but do 2 new pairs of shoes and clothes for my youngest son count too?
