I absolutely love this show; it's so informative.  I consider myself a life-long learner, and learning how to improve the quality of my life is of the utmost importance.  I am an active baby-boomer, involved in community activities, my church, and most of all--my growing family.  My daughter is an Ob-Gyn with a new baby at the age of 38; she has a fourteen year old step daughter with her husband.  My daughter-in-law is an RN and she and my son have three children from six years to eight months. Health (physically, mentally, and emotionally) is an extremely important for all of us.
