I am a single mom with a 10 year old son.  Like me he enjoys soccer a lot.  Family is very important to us as is church.  I teach Sunday School and my son is in the youth group and an acolyte.  Most of what I do is kid-oriented.  Coaching recreational league sports such as soccer and baseball was something that I enjoyed doing a lot.  Now, I am the team manager of my son's travel soccer team.  Also, I am involved in the league as a board member.  While all this is a lot of fun, I do like to go out to eat and to the movies.  Trips to the beach and amusement parks, yes a lot of times my son is with me, are very enjoyable. The school PTO is something else that I am involved in.  All the school, church adn coaching that I do, I started to do because my son asked me.  Now, I will be taking a soccer referee course. 

With as much as all of the kid-oriented stuff means to me, I still enjoy a good deal of time without kids.  I do like to go out and have dinner with friends.  Pets are also a big part of my life.  So much so, we have four cats and hope toget a dog soon.  This we need to be careful with because I am allergic to most breeds of dogs.  Maybe we'll get a Portugese water dog.

My style tends to be very low-key.  Give me a good pair of jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts and I am happy.  Being comfortable is one of my favorite things.  I do dress nice when I go out, but I always wear clothes that make me feel comfortable.
