I would like to live on healthy basis, but I do not how to ?. My blood pressure is normal (85/120), no diabetic problems, do not drink any alcoholics, no smoking. But, my left leg is weaker, shorter than my right one, 170 cm tall, 100 kg weight, no workouts. Please advise me.
