Just as I was morning da murder of a step daughter yesterday. My oldest daughter who I haven't seen in 26 years contacted me through facebook. Her mom helped her find and told her to contact me. My daughter Sheri is 28 years old and is a single mom of 2 children. We talked briefly via phone and the only thing she said is " dad da past is da past all I'm asking for is ur love, u and mom were young when u had me. I just want today to be a new beginning becuz I've been looking for u for 10 yrs, I've been carrying a pic of u that my aunt gave me from da early 80's with u sporting a big curly afro. I told her throw dat away thats a black mail picture, she said no dad thats my pic of u. I paid child support for my daughter while she was growning up, her mom moved her around so I couldn't c her and when she reached 18 yrs old her mom told child support she wasn't mine. Her mom found me on facebook for Sheri and then told her to look me up. My daughter talks like me has my eyes. I did email her mom thanking her for helping our daughter to find me. God is merciful and compassionate to us when we fall short, make mistakes, our higher power stands by us. I pray one day we as humans can be as compassionate and merciful to one another as the creator has been to us.

Wow Thanks Pinkers, Cherie Price, Kittycatboots/ Sinduhrella for ur kind comments the Creator has given me da best birthday gift ever. Then 2day was contacted by a long lost friend from Puerto Rico. And to have friends like u all has been a real blessing. It has motivated me in such away to not give up and to keep pushing forward concerning my disease. As always I'm gonna keep everyone n my prayers and I can't thank the Creator enuff. And this site is da best becuz everyone here seems so up beat, if one of us has a bad day, we can come here and get dat booster shot, and so far no one here is gonna sugar coat thinks for u, but will be the ear u need to listen and the voice of reason and pure feed back. And Melissa ur da captain of da ship thanx for being my first friend here. Anyway the party starts Friday, my birthday is saturday and da dinner is sunday. I don't drink anymore but I will be thinking of u as I blow out da candles and put u all n my wish.
