About Me
My name is Kathy, I relocated from Massachusetts to St. Augustine, Florida 8 years ago for Health reasons. I have family up north that I miss very much. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker. I try and enjoy my life to the best of my ability. I stay up north for the summer with friends that I have know for over 20 years. I am very gratefull, generous, spiritual, kind, loving, and have a sense of humor. I enjoy playing double tennis with people that are over 80 years old, and since I am only 58 they take it easy one me. LOL

Inversion table works on back and shoulder pain

I have an Inversion Table that I bought at Kmart for $100.00. It was the best thing I bought for my neck and back pain. I have used it for a shoulder strain once when I was trying to hook up my TV and sterio and wenched my shoulder. I was in alot of pain.
