I am a 60 year old female who encountered a rough patch during my 50's.Aalthough born and raised and living in CA all my working life I moved to Arkansas. Through no fault of my own, I had a back fusiona and a knee replacement.  I was forced to retire.  I now stay active, to avoid the inevitable arthritis that follows severe injuries.  I teach Zumba gold in my community.
