I am a 67 year old grandma who enjoys life. I have had 1 brain surgery and 5 back surgeries, which have slowed me down considerablly but I try to keep moving. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I have also been divorced so emotional eating is a problem for me. People are amazed that I can still stay active. I walk at least 5 days a week (can walk up to 3 miles.). I also line dance and love to teach line dancing as well. I know that the weight loss is important to maintain heart health and take the stress off my back and knees. I belong to a weight loss group and have lost 33 pounds over a 2 year period but don't want to slip back into my usual pattern of gaining it back. I call myself the queen of yoyo! I really want to lose the 30 pounds I need to lose and keep it off!
