My good friend passed away with cancer a year ago being only 49.  She left kids behind to live their life without her.  Her faith in Christ got her (and me) through and now has a perfect body living in Glory.  Praise God I will see her again.  But it has left me in a hard look at my own lifestyle of eating poorly and not exercising.  I am 30 lbls overweight and loooove my sweetsies!  I enjoy natural home remedies and healthy eating, but raising my kids and picky eating hubby, I don't tend to cook as I want to.  This year is a new beginning!  Started exercising and am loving it...have already lost 4 lbs!!
