I am a 32 yr old male and have been suffering from severe cramps and pain in my lowere legs. It is mainly located in the ankle joint. At time the pain is so severe I am not able to sleep nor do everyday tasks. I am in good shape and health , but have been having this for awhile now. I went to a foot specialist and had blood tests done and even a EMG (nerve test) and they all came back ok. I don't have arthritis nor rhuemetoid arthritis as of what the test said. I am so frustrated and have no idea what I can do. I have a 6 yr old son and want to play ball with him and get active again. This is making it hard to deal with life. Please let me know if anyone knows what could be wrong...thank you

Hmm... I would get a test done for Crohns. Usually the first signs are pain in your lower legs, cramps, numbness sometimes...
it can be the stress or you may have hurt a muscle. Try to sleep your leg up a bit. Put a pellow or something to have your leg up so the blood can circulate in the right direction.
Cramps could mean your muscle just gets tense, maybe you try streching a little bit at a time.. i'm sure it could help.. well i hope :)
