Well, my wife and I have the stomach flu. I have never had such terrible diahhrea in my life. Between the frequent running to the bathroom and throwing up, I am not sure which is worse. I called my doctors office to get an appointment, but they informed me there is a virus going around. Joy, and we had to catch it...This is when I wished my son was still a baby, I could go for some Destin...lol!
Anyways, I hope you all stay clear of this nasty bug, wash your hands often. I am a clean freak and still caught it...AHHH! this really stinks. Well, I'd better go, I feel another episode coming....GOTTA GO!!! literally...lol!!!

Sorry to hear that your family caught a bug. Those are the worst kind when they come from both ends. I was introduced to a product that has helped clear any illness we come across and has helped things at bay, it's called monavie. Have you heard of it? If you want more info just ask. Jeff, haven't been on much lately and so just saw that you and your family have had the flu. It has been really bad up here where I live in Canada in the past month or so and alot of staff at work have had it { myself included}. It is awful and hits you like a bus. I hope you and your wife will feel better soon. When I took my son to the emergency hosp, the nurses warn a lot of people to be careful of the nasty stomach flu bug. My 12 yr old daughter is having a stomach upset right now. she also has to deal with her asthma, just given her asthma nebulizer few minutes ago.

The best remedy is hot chilli pepper. The more you eat the faster you get rid of the virus in the stomach.
