Weight gain or loss on scale
I keep trying to find the answer to this--no luck so far. How long does it take for one day's intake (food, exercise) to be reflected on the scale. For example, is what I eat today show a change in weight, or not, when I weigh myself, say, 24 hours later? It would be a great help with weight control to know that. Thanks Janet
