I learned many years ago that by gently in quickly shaking your head back and forth inside the site that it would either get rid of a headache or reduce its intensity.  I have told hundreds of people over the years that this could be done some believe me some didn't.  Some just thought I was nets now after all these years to have the doctors verify that this works just tickles my heart.  And I just want to say thanks.
