Hello,

My name is Helen (Irish1)  I guess you realize that I am actually Irish!   Born in Northern Ireland and now live in beautiful British Columbia Canada.

I am 57 years old and still work full-time.   Have two wonderful sons who are married and one beautiful grand-son so far.  Married to the same guy for 37 years.   Although I wonder sometimes how this happened!

I love your show and hope to retire soon so I can watch it every day.  Perhaps take a trip to California and be a guest on your show.   It is so refreshing to see 4 doctors who not only look normal but act normal and down to earth.   The time you take to explain things in layman terms is great and I know that I really appreciate it.

I believe in holistic methods of healing and am attending a great Dr. who advises me.   My health is probably the same as a lot of women my age - that awful dread of ending menapause.   The weight gain, loss of confidence and feeling down at times.   But I'm gradually getting over it as 14 years is a long time.
