Soo I've been sticking to it, and have successfully lost 10lbs since the new year, and am sooo happy about it, like i previously said, i feel so much more awake and motivated to do things now since I've started, and definitely reccomend a wii and wii fit to anyone that is stuck in a rut and tired of dieting/failing exercise programs. All it takes is getting started and sticking to it. Just watched and old rerun (thankyou PVR) of the doctors which showed a mum who is so busy and has a hard time fitting exercise into her busy day, definitely love all the ideas given, especially the laundry basket lunges, lol. Well best get back to my wii workout for the day, hope all my friends are doing great :)

Hi, A girl at work was talking about the Wii yesterday at work. She said she found one on
sale an got it for her son, who is overweight an she said it was working for him an her I
guess cause she said her body was sore. She said she was tired. I can see where these
can help with weight loss but I think they are way to expensive. Sludge
Thanks Everyone, and Sludge I can see where you are coming from with the expense of these "contraptions" lol, but the way i figure is if im not paying for a gym membership I'm actually saving loads with my wii and wiifit (think i paid about $300 for both, and in my town a year gym membership is $45/month). ....but i wouldn't complain if they did go down in price, would make it more accesible for others wanting to help with weightloss.

Congrats on your loss.. I am also on that same road...Keep up the Great Work..
I also use the WII fit your only sore for the first week. Also If you have the WII do bowling one right handed then left. This is the only exersice I have ever seen to get rid of back fat. You know the fat under your bra that never seems to go away. Well it will just bowl your way there. I went from a size 12 to a 6 with the WII bowling only now with the WII fit I am a 4. I am 56 years old and am wearing my two piece this year. Heppeeee.
