I stay in shape by actively taking part in community sports.

Enjoy board games, cards, dancing, camping, & gardening.

I love that I have open communication with my children they feel comfortable coming to me to ask anything....unlike when I grew up talking about sex was taboo. I do beleive not discussing sex & sexuality  does affect us later in life.
