Stand still too

Well, day 11 of cycle 2 and I am standing still. 20 pounds lost and the scale has not moved for 5 days! This is the exact time that I usually "QUIT" dieting because I get so frustrated not seeing any results. It is especially discouraging that I have not cheated one time and I have increased my exercise from 6 days a week to 6 days a week and 3 of those days I work out 2 times!!! I know that if I stick to it, the weight will start coming off again, I just have to stay positive and keep doing what I am doing. It would be nice to see Dr. Moreno or any of the other doctors give us some insight to what we could do to kick the stagnant scale in the butt and get going again.

I found the lack off weight loss in Cycle 2 fustrating also.  So I slipped up and cheated, so then I had to relose weight that was already gone, now THAT is fustrating!  I'm back on track and by the time I hit Cyle 3 I had a 5lb loss.  So hang in there even if it's a slow loss it is a lose and even maintaining is great!  I'ld rather maintain than gain any day!  Hang in there Heather N, keep you eye on the prize! A healthier, happier you!
