I'm pretty sure I have one. I hate missing school. My mom doesn't want to take me to the doctor because we know what it is, but when I get sinus infections, they're extremely painful. When I cough or stand up, my head hurts, and I feel so much pressure in my ears! Not to mention blowing my nose every 5 minutes is definitely not fun.
Do you guys know what I can do to relieve pain? Tylenol didn't seem to help.

I always need antibiotics to get rid of my sinus infections.

The drs. board answered for me,
the Neti Pot is what you need to
try, I am going to get one myself,
as soon as I get to a drug store.

Decongestant expectorant combinations. Decongestants, like pseudofed shrink the mucas membrane relieving the pressure. Expectorants like guifanessan (sorry about the bad spelling) help liquify the goop for them to be eliminated. Then take plenty of fluids and blow, blow, blow your nose. Antihistimines can help relieve the pressure too but they tend to dry the funk in place. Your body is better off if you keep if flowing and get rid of the stuff.
Best of luck to you and I hope you get to feeling better soon.
Antibiotics are only recommendid if you have a bacterial infection. They have absolutely no effect on a viral infection, which is more common.
