To day started out like any other day in my life.  It was a beautiful morning waking up looking into the eyes if my three year old son and hearing the sounds of my 16 year old and 13 year old getting ready for school.  Despite the down falls of yesterday, the world goes on and today was proof!  I did not start my diet today as planned.  I am a little bummed about that but tomorrow is a new day.  Today was a day to deal with life and recover from the down falls of the word DENIED!   I will recover and I am looking forward to starting this new journey on the road to rediscovery.  I plan to find the ME that is trapped inside this body I do not know!  Thank you everyone for the wonderful kind words and support!  I many need to lean on each of you from time to time but I am a survivor and I can do this!
