I am turning the big 50 Sept. 30... wow..  I am 5'4 weigh 179.   Just found out I was a type 2 dietic while in the hospital .. went in with high blood pressure which was 179/95  my arm felt dum on the left side... did a ekg it was fine..but now on blood pressure meds. and take dietic meds too...
