I am 45 year young mother and grandma. I am 4ft 81/2 inches tall. My children are grown now and I want to learn as much about improving my health. My sense of style is casual. Most of the time I wear jeans and t-shirts. I like some dress and skirts. I do not show off my body to much.

I love spending time with my kids, going to the museum of fine arts. MY biggest joy is being with my friends and family.
