About Me
I was diagnosed with Eagle Syndrome many years back. I experience neck pain, dizziness, daily headaches, throat pain, ear pain, and I'm starting to feel some nerve pain in my face from time to time. For now I've been taking 800 unit ibuprofen 2 or more times daily (with food) and a 350 mg Soma tablet before bed to help sleep. I've been told by a specialist that he can perform surgery but this may or may not help eliminate my symptoms. So I struggle with wondering if I should go through with it, or keep on going the way I have been. I honestly fear that I could end up worse off than I am now by going through with the surgery. Plus it scares me to even think about the cost (even with insurance).

I have purchased the 17 Day Diet book and exercise DVD and plan to get started soon. Still reading the book and I'm getting really excited about losing 25 lbs or so. My daughter and husband are on board and want to eat healthier also (although they don't need to lose weight) and my daughter says she'll exercise with me.
Now I'm getting ready to start putting together a grocery list so we can get started.
