So, I decided to go for the walk I use to take again. 45mins on the country road. Winter is coming around here, so things aren't as pretty as they could be. A New Day
So, yesterday I ate my supper at a half normal time :) 6:00pm is much better than 9:00pm. WIN! And it was a healthy, balanced meal. A soup with lots of veggies, a tuna sandwich, milk, and a bottle of water, and two small pieces of cheese (equivalent to 1 serving). Oh, Oh....We Have A Problem

Lunch Time
