I am Gail stand up.  This is my dear sister Ruth sitting.  My sister and her 3 daughters had taken me to the Olive Garden for my 56th Birthday Luncheon as a surprise from my son Cyrus McClary who just turned 31 on Feb. 15, 2010 and is dealing with a life threating illness but he always still thinks of someone else.
