Peyronie's Disease is one of those diseases that no one hears about until they are diagnosed. However statistics show that anywhere between 0.5% and 1% of men are affected by this. Maybe even more men are affected, however many are too embarassed to go see a doctor. It was first diagnosed over 250 years ago, and since then - nothing. Nothing except hope in vitamin E. If that fails then the only other option is a brutal surgery that looks more like an autoposy than a surgical procedure. It seems like no one in media is open enough to discuss it, and only one pharmaceutical company in the world has taken any interest in searching for a treatment. It would probably take an average group of researchers no more than 5 years to come up with a treatment that didn't involve any invasive procedures.
