About Me

My name is Emma and I am currently attending a Paramedic/Firefighter school. I absolutely love this show, because it is very detailed and specific about every topic discussed and most importantly presented with real life cases related to it! I am proud to say that it has definitely opened my eyes to different medical fields (not that I'm thinking about changing my career goals), in terms of knowledge and researching different "anatomy" related topics; (one way or another all the body parts are somehow connected.) I admire the doctor's on the show and very much look up to them, keep my options open and love all the new "knowledge" coming my way every day, and always looking forward to learning new things! Thank you so much Doc's, keep up the EXCELLENT work! Ohh .. and my FAVORITE shows ever; Third Watch, House, The Doctors, ER, Scrubs, Cops, RESCUE ME .. ehh .. I think that's it?!!?? You pretty much get the point .. right?!?!!

UPDATE..

Well .. I have talked to my PCP late last year, a few months after it all started, and she referred me to a psychiatrist. Symptoms: Paranoia, Anxiety, loss of interest, etc. Well I thought I was crazy, you know like schizophrenic or bipolar, whatever, and he said it was just depression no biggie and he prescribed me some meds (Lexapro 40mg) and it turned me into this even more angry and depressed person. Not Sure What's Wrong With Me?!!

So, here I am again sitting at work at the hospital and I am trying to figure out what's wrong with me. For the past year I've been losing all this motivation towards school that caused me to fail 2 classes last year and my relationship with my parents getting worse instead of progressing. Also I find myself coming home and just crashing on the couch not working out anymore, just losing interest in everything....

OMG Heather is like 19 She went down to Jacksonville to Go to College moved in with her FAT BF John like 400 pounds and his family last year took 2 classes last year thats what she really wanted to do then she "dropped out" and is now working at Mcdonalds and HE sits in his room all day and doesnt do s***..

I wish she did what you did..

How old are you? I am sure the newness is wearing off. Her girlfriends are all in NJ. His family are "all on the system" and my daughter wasnt raised that way sweetie!

I wish you could frickin empower her!
