This is my year were thing are changing in many aspects of my life...it is time for change.

I am a happy person, that loves her family and life. I am a windoe with 3 teeanger boy, working two part time jobs and going to school full time. I am on the path for a better life this inclues a heathier one.

I am over weight and not very active a this time but this will  be changing as soon as my work schedule gets back to a stable one. (Probably in december or january)
