My uncle is dying from this horriable condition. Is this real? Should I think of a way to get him to Italy for this procedure?

They may find a cure for MS some day, however because of the type of condition MS is, anyone in the later stages of the disease will not recover from the damage that has already been done. This Doctor may be able to slow or stop the progression of the illness, but once the damage has accured, it will stay that way. For the brain to re-route and regenerate the nervous system, takes years and even then it is not a sure thing.
