Hello Blog-o-sphere,
Pectoral implants have been getting more attention lately, but the procedure is not often discussed and is nearly absent on plastic surgery Web sites. Many men choose the pectoral implant option, just as many women choose breast implants. A good chest makes men look better 24/7 - with clothes, without clothes and everything in between. Sure, with a dedicated workout and diet program, men can develop similar results, but not everyone wants to dedicate their lives to that kind of effort.
Also, when you burn out and return to other priorities, the chest shrinks back down. Not so with pectoral implants! We insert a squishy, silastic solid implant beneath the pectoralis major muscle, using the armpit as the incision point. The implant pushes the patient’s actual pectoralis muscle forward so that it looks and feels natural. It’s a great option for men.

My wife taped todays show for me and I couldnt believe what I seen. I'm 34 years old and was born with a form of polands syndrome and have lived my whole life being insecure about my chest. Dr.Orden said he does alot of reconstructive surgery for guys like me with polands and I got tears in my eyes. I always joked about getting an implant but never thought it would be possible. I would like to look in to this more but not sure where to turn locally. I have no muscle on my left side and i'm missing a bone and a half. Any more info would be greatly appriaciated!!!
I would surely date a man with implants. A lot of men don't have the time to work out all the time.
