Eyebrow Transplant

Hello Fellow Bloggers…

One of the fun things about being one of "The Doctors" is getting to work with other specialists in plastic surgery.  Think about it: Most surgeons just do their thing, their way.  There isn't much sharing of information or techniques between colleagues because let's face it; we are in competition with one another.

But plastic surgery is a big specialty. There are many procedures within my own specialty that I don't even do.  Some things I don't want to do.  But having this show allows me to invite the best of the best to show all of us what is currently being done. Cutting edge stuff!

Enter:  the eyebrow transplant.  This is really meticulous and precise.  I choose to refer these cases to Dr. Kenny Siporin.  He performed this procedure on The Doctors with tremendous results.  Gone is the obvious corn-row look of the transplant techniques of old.  Now even experts cannot spot the natural smooth results.  We can even replace missing side burns in men and eye lashes in women! Not only that, but hair transplants are now so exact that the angle of hair growth can be custom-tailored to the patient’s needs.

And I never would have gotten the chance to see Kenny do this if it weren't for me being one of "The Doctors."

I think that the medical field has come such a long way.  For us to be able to replace missing digits, or to save people that have been dead for minutes is absolutley amazing!  I know this isn't on the same subject as you were blogging about though.  I just found out that you were a Nose, Throat and Ear doctor before becoming a Plastic Surgeon.  That must have a lot of benefits with you doing your surgeries now.  Well,  I need to hit the sack,  gotta get up to get the boy off to school and watch another great episode of the Doctor's.  By the way,  I sent you an email this morning,  if you do read this please check it out.  I would really appreciate it.  Have a good night!

,Dr. Ordon, I wrote you a few days ago about losing my nipples during a mastectomy for FBD. Someone wrote back to me about a person using a graft from her little toes. Beside the no nipple problem, the right implant has shifted to the right, making it look even more flat. When I were a bra, the nipple area doesn't fill out ,leaving wrinkles showing. My implant has a few wrinkles of it's own and needs replacing also. I believe that my pectoral pockets were placed too far apart, since I have broad shoulders. I'm a full C and  wear the same size bra as before. They just aren't shaped right. I wanted the Teardrop implants, but they put Round ones instead {Dr.'s judgement call} Iwouldn't mind going down to a smaller implant. I just want to feel feminine again. It's so hard to find the right Dr. for a strange case like this. Twenty years ago, my Mom had the same procedure done, except they made a beautiful incision under her breast.[ NEVER TOUCHED HER NIPPLES} SHE'S 66, BEAUTIFUL, and  I would trade breasts with her in a heartbeat. If you are unable to help, for whatever reason, could you tell me who I could trust with my breasts and new nipples. I have health ins. Please help Dr. Ordon      Respectfully,          cindyb.
