I feel really good, having lost a pound a day! Started a Zumba class and joined my Community Center with unlimited access to treadmills, bikes, weights, Olympic size indoor heated pool, Sauna and more! There is NO excuse in the world that I could possibly come up with NOT to exercise! So far so good!
My book is still not here so I'm wondering what I'm missing! Thanks to the blogs from others I have an idea what to eat and drink! Even with all the vegetables I don't think I am getting enough fiber ... any suggestions?
