Hello all I am a 42 year old woman with distonia. My Head shakes also my hands. I have cramping of my hands and feet, chest and abdominal area.My head is a contant tremor and hands are off and on I have migrains my neck hurts contantly and lower back on and off. I am clumbsy and my gate is off. I drop stuff. it all gets worse when its hot out side. or if I am nervous. I lean to the left when I sit in a chair. I am currently taking Primidone 50 mg. in the am and 100 mg. in the pm.  I see a new nero. on wednesday (wish me luck)
