I am a single Mom of three kids.  My daughters, Caitlyn 20 and Nicole 17 are also battling weight.  Caitlyn is even considering lap band surgury as she is 5' 10" and weighs over 300lb's.  I need to get healthy and show my girls they can do it!!!  My son is 12 and he also could lose some weight.  We need a life style change, not a diet!!
