Happilly married to a fantastic man. Was forced into retirement due to an injury and complications from surgical intervention.  Have become morbidly obese & this is effecting my health in many other ways.  Am also angry at myself for letting this happen.  I am hoping to improve this situation with the help & support of others so that I have some quality of living when I am finished.  I do have a problem with the exercise portion of this as my "surgical complication" is a vocal cord paralysis which caused activity intolorance due to the inability to adequately control my air flow. So, am also looking for activity recommendations that I can tolorate.

My grandchildren are the loves of my life and we truly enjoy the time we spend with them.  I am not able to spend quality time with them like I had in the past and would be most greatful if this would change!  My children & remaining family are a svery close second & of course are equally as important to me.
