I'm a 61 year old female, soon to turn 62. I've always been big on the outdoors, but, since I've become disabled with arthrits, in my body, I've become lazy since I"ve stopped working,( last 10 years) and I have put on ALOT of weight. MY health, heart, lungs, (non-smoker, yaaaa!!) kidneys are all in great shape thank goodness. I have a dozen grandchildren and even more great-grandchilren, a bakers dozen (13). I love where I live, which is to me the best state, East Texas, I live in Tyler, hot humid and beautiful, like me,lololol.
