FIRST DAY of my "Eating Better!" Breakfast: Hot Green Tea, 2 Boiled Eggs, Chobani Greek Yogurt (Strawberry & Banana), an Apple and water. LET'S DO IT!!! p.s. Tried to insert pic but wasn't able to.

Great job! I am on day 11 of the diet and have lost 4.6 lbs. I am very upset b/c I have not lost any weight the last 3 days. I was actually up .2pounds today. So bummed. I am following it to a "T." I'm wondering if I am actually even eating enough, b/c I am working out for an hour a day. He only says 17 minutes. But, I was doing the workout classes before and don't want to stop. I'm so upset, this is supposed to be the time I lost more rapidly.
I am having 1 egg with 2 egg whites, grapefruit and tea for breakfast. Then, lunch, I have a big salad with a bnch of veggies and balsamic vinegar and oil like he says, then for dinner I am having chicken and veggies or his turkey chili minus the beans. I a also getting in my 2 fruits a day and my 2 probiotics. What am I doing wrong?? Help!
You are probably right you aren't eating enough. I just started today but I also work out everyday for 45min to an hr. and I am worried about eating enough also. Hope we get the answer soon.
Also don't forget your protein for lunch, that will add calories for you too.
Thanks Dsmeen. Yes, I forgot to mention that I do have chicken at lunch in my salad or tuna. I am on day 15 and have not lost 8lbs. Still slower than most, but I do feel a lot better.
Hi tweck25! Hi dsmeen! Well it's Day 9 for me today and I'm down 6 lbs. could have probably been more but I was out last weekend with some friends name "Vodka, Butterfinger, Pancakes & Turkey Bacon" I couldn't resist! :-( I had a "pity party" and got back with it the next morning!
PATIENCE & DISCIPLINE we'll achieve our goal! Lets not be TOO HARD on ourselves at least we are trying. THANK YOU both for your comments. Have a wonderful day! ;-)

Hi Everybody, this is day three for me. I haven't weighed myself yet. I am going to only weigh once a week I think. The first two days were really hard for me. I had a headache both days. Today I feel a little better though and I have more energy. I have a lot to lose...but...at least I have started. :-)
6th day on the 17 DD I've already lost 2.5 pounds... I hope I can loose more..
awesome i'm on ay 10 and have los 20 lbs. very motivated and excited
Today is my 13th day of Cycle 1 and so far have los 10 pounds and 7 inches (total). I'm feeling a LOT better than I had and am looking forward to adding new foods in Cycle 2. Does anyone have any tips they'd care to share about Cycle 2? I'm trying to create a menu for myself so I don't get confused as to whether I'm "accelerating", or "activating".
