I got a appoitment with U of M on Dec 2 nd..Oh Boy Can't Wait....
I can do a little with this low dose of prednisone 5mg neurontin 1800 a day vicodin 7.5 lots of those zanaflex 4 mg twice a day lasix 20 mg a day valium 5 3 a day and of course my coumadin 6 mg a day right now untill I eat to many salads or something oh forgot about the fish oil 1200 mg of Calcium and the low dose aspirin..
I.m still in pain I hope this Rheumatology Clinic..In ann arbor will help me They have all my records..at least that what they are telling me..
I Found The name of the Plastic Surgen I told ya's about who removed the lymphedma right out of this woman arm I saw her on Carolyn's Health Edge On Channel 7 ABC here in Detroit area back in March..I tried everthing to find this Doctor..All I could find out was she worked for Providence Park Hospital Her name is Dr. Rebecca Studinger...Now... Don't tell me you can't get rid of lymphedma.... I saw it with my own eyes.....
I needed to vent today ...I fell like *&^&%....

Just read your info on your medical issues. I can't tell you all the pains I have had over the years and with no doctor being able to find a solution or diagnosis. I diagnosed MYSELF with fibromyalgia just so my doctor would refer me to a rheumatologist. he was unable to help either. I know it sounds too simple and crazy, but you really should have your vit d checked.. if you have not already. I get pain and sore all over. all over my legs.. arms.. back.. ribs.. it is even difficult at times to even lift my arms... they feel weighted down! just folding laundry was difficult. this has been goin on since i was about 27-28.. i am not 38. and i just found out my sister had been going thru the same thing! i had no idea. her dr treated her for vit d deficiency.. and low and behold, NO more pains!! i only took one dose so far, but i have high hopes at finally feeling normal again.
I do wish you the best of luck though in finding SOMETHING that helps you!! good luck.
OH. I meant to also add... My dr's diag me with early onset COPD as well (after taking a pulmonary function test). later i was told it was simply that my constant heartburn was irritating my lungs and causing me to have asthma like symptoms. what test did they take to diag copd?
