I'm 40 years old, never really taken care of myself. I have 4 kids who are all now adults and out of the house and I'm realizing that it's time to start taking care of me emotionaly and physicaly. I've spent so many years caring for everyone else that I've let my weight and my happiness get out of control and am very embarassed and ashamed of it. This show has brought me hope and a desire to take care of me, beacuse I am worth it!!!
