I had gastric bypass in 2006 and lost 125 lbs. One of the best choices I ever made in my life. I had tried everything else and nothing worked for me - although there are risks. However way you choose - I wish you the best and if you need any advice or have any questions - feel free.
I believe in doing the natural way. aka exercise and nutrition. you HAVE to COUNT CALORIES if you want to lose the weight and keep it off no matter how healthy you are because you could be eating too much or too little. did you ever hear about the p90x program? because it works... go to youtube and type in p90x results they'll amaze you(no joke). gastric bypass doesn't always work and it is expensive. you can do anything you set your mind to but you can't get results overnight. have any questions feel free to ask. glad to help!
A healthy diet, exercise, will power, a support group and a lot of water in the process. If you can't do plain water add some juice or the powder stuff to it to make some flavour. Try www.sparkpeople.com you can set yourself up with a weight goal and they will give you a meal plan and an exercise plan to follow. YOU have to be powered enough in yourself to log in every day and use the tools they provide you AND it's free.
hello! i strongly agree with what navyxc had thought. It is always been good in a natural way. No risks involve too. And it is also good if you better go and see for a nutritionist and dietician. They both know what is best for you. They are experts regarding on that. But the important thing on losing weight is you will and detrmination. It always includes self control. Don't easily give up when you did not notice any changes because it takes time. One more thing, do not skip meals because it is not a matter of not eating when you are on a diet. It is a matter of choosing the right food and amount. Hope I have helped you. Keep asking!
I needed to lose about 40 and I joined weight watchers. It was great for me considering I tried EVERYTHING and it was just hard for me to stick to.
Weight Watchers is a point system, so all of your food is based on points. for example a piece of 100% whole wheat bread is 1 point, yogurt is 2, and I could only have 25 points a day when I started. Give it a try.

WATER! Also, fibre is good for you. You can't digest it, so it cleans out your system on it's way "out"?
