I am a 58 years old woman.  I mesure 5' 2", 118 pounds.  I am very active.  I used to play tennis until a shoulder surgery.  Now I go to the gym for cardio and do yoga/pilates.  I also play golf.  I am a lucky mother of 2 sons and waiting anxiously to be a grandmother.  My husband is semi-retired and is pretty healthy.
