Got my book and started reading..got to the part stop reading and go for a 17 minute walk. Soooooo, out the door I went. I ended up walkin for an hour and it wasCOLD when I started. But , the nice thing about walkin is it warms you up! I get my husband to watch our 2 year old granddaugther and I walk .
I like the book! I do well with day by day meals to follow. The hard part is my Husband "THE COOKIE MONSTER!" Luck has it, Iam not......Chips Are MY WEAKNESS! So none are here if I can help it. Water is my # 1 drink then the green Tea. I forgot to say I started at 183 pounds. Two days and I am down 4 pounds. Energy level is even Better!
