I can't seem to sleep anymore. I've gotten into the habit of staying up really late and then sleeping during part of the day but lately I seem to stay up through the night and the day too with zero sleep. It usually takes me 36 hours or so before I do fall asleep. I've heard how important sleep is for your health, weight, and body but it's so easy to just not care. Does anyone else have trouble sleeping and what has helped you?

I get really sleep during the day and it's hard for me to sleep at night so i stay up sometimes too. I think what i wil do is just not sleep during the day. i know it's hard. i wish i could help you. i heard that if you take calcium at night, you can have a better sleep.
Thank you! Thats right I do remember hearing something about calcium... I think magnesium too? I should try that. Good luck to you too :)
Dear B,
You can ask Pharmasist there is a amino acid I can not remember the name but it is treated for jet lag but it is not that expensive and it is for "short term" but once you kind of trick your brain back into normal sleep habits this amino acid kind of "lulls you off gently to sleep...
I know what it is like to toss and to turn...Have you thought about taking a really hot shower? Maybe even warm milk or a turkey sandwich? I always too like to read...I used to be a TV JUNKIE but all that background noise now in my middle age is really just yukie!
I tried to be your friend but the thing rejected me..
Please let me know if anything I said helped ok?

@ Labelfree- I accepted your request so I'm not sure why it didn't work but I will try to request you. That definitely sounds like a good idea. I really do just need to trick it back to normal. Reading is a good idea too! I usually feel like I'm being too lazy when I read but I think that could really help! Thank you I will try that!
@ Bandido- I definitely do a lot of exercise but all your suggestions are great and things I could improve on thank you! :)
