I am 56 yrs.old, overweight (40 lbs),low-income. My husband of 34 years has Alzheimer's and I am the sole caregiver-24/7. Health is fairly good, hypothyroid, borderline cholesterol, borderline sugar (104). I want to eat better but find it hard on fixed income.
