I am 33 years old.  I am a proud wife and mother of 2.Emmalie is 14 and Wesley is 12. I had my second spinal fusion just a few months ago. This keeps me from being the active wife and mom I want to be.  I am over-weight by about 60 pounds and I really struggle with this because of my in-ability to be active.  I am way to young to feel so old. Any suggestions?
