good for you for not giving up. I had a lean cuisine pizza last night. I didn't eat any carbs all day to help with that. I just had this real craving for it. Now I had a controled piece and I am done and happy. today back on track. I complete cycle 3 on the 7th of march. I am not going to weigh myself until then. I hope i will be happy with the scale when i do weigh in. Then back to cycle 1. as of saturday morning, my goal is 24 more pounds. I want to do that for me. I still wont' be to the weight that the book says I should be at for my age and height but if I can get there I will be overjoyed. i don't mind any of the sagging skin except for my face. oh well. have a blessed day.
Those plateaus are hard! Two weeks is a long time too. I hope you're not getting constipated! The Green Tea did that to me. You are awesome!

BlueRose. Ditto with the pants today. I am only down 8 (: and I am on day 27 but I feel thinner. It's just that I have so far to go and I do get down when I see all the others loosing big numbers. But now the pants. I put them on, zipped them up and have them on right now. So I am happy. Have a good one.
watching my grandson all week. busy. still sticking like glue to the diet. but only 8 pounds lost and I am cycle 2 10th day. loosing so much slower than others, never cheating but im not giving up.
Sorry, no shrimp yet. Look in phase 2.
I use the Yoplait yogurt. I think that is allowed. It has no fat. I love it. For breakfast I take the vanilla yogurt and put in a cup of blueberrie or strawberries and I think I have a parfait!!! Breakfast is my FAVORITE meal!!!!!
Blue Rose, Hope you are doing great-we know you can do it. I am on my third day. I do not have hunger any more expecially at night. I was very slow when I walked but suddenly I can walk faster -. It is better to love pasta than fried shrimp -like me. Can we have shrimp of phase 1?
Oh bluerose thank you for being honest about exercising. I didn't do formal exercise yesterday but as I watched my Packers move onto the superbowl, I moved, stretched and danced around. Maybe if we were closer we could walk together which I like doing.
