I am a 51 year old going through that time in her life and try to find humor in it.  I haven't taken any hormone therapy for any of the syptoms.  Yet.  So far I have been able to manage them. Although lately at times I am beginning to wonder. Wearing layers so that you can peel them off quickly is getting rather old. Not to mention that fact that the libido went from full swing to a complete halt. I have difficulty explaining it to my boyfriend. He just doesn't get it.
