I'm a 66 yr old female who's been on disability for a couple years because of several bothersome medical issues.  I have Myofascial Pain, Fibromyalgia, IBS,Osteo-Arthritis,some migraines,CPS!  I take trazadone for a sleep aid, Cymbalta for depression due to the pain, as well as Davocets throughout the day.  Walking is very difficult, one knee replaced in 2003 the patella was removed from the other back in 1983.  Had a severe fall last year which has caused much soft-tissue pain so having the other knee done is out of the question.  I'm way over weight and would love to be able to exersize again, but even water therapy causes so much discomfort I can't walk for days.  Ok, that's enough about me..hehehe!!!
