I saw your post,  am also from the Twin Cites, or just on the east edge of St. Paul. Saw you are having knee replacement surgery,  had bilateral knee replacements almost 4 years ago and it is the best thing ever! It did take me a while to get back to walking as much as I used to but it just keeps getting better.

I have been on the 17 D. D since mid July and have lost over 7 pounds. Age does play a part, 56 years old, but these are the 7 pounds that would never leave.  Am enjoying the new way of life.
